VARIETY OF GRAPES: Produced from carefully selected Cabernet Franc grapes.
GRADES:: 45 vol %
PRODUCTIVE PROCESS: The best mulch is pressed softly and immediately transported to the distillery. They are then subjected to a careful and slow steam distillation with the classic discontinuous boiler-shaped "alambicco" that exalts the aromas and scents of the grape origin.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: It has a crystalline transparent color, typical of a grappa not aged, it has a decided and immediate aroma, the taste is balanced, intense, harmonious and dry.
SERVICE: It is good at the end of the meal as a digestive, serve it at a temperature from 18° to 20° C.
